Description

The portable 4G SRT video encoder makes it possible to connect a camera with a minimum delay of 200 to 300 ms to a studio, hardware mixer by means of an optional video decoder, or via software with a vmix system or a computer with OBS. If several cameras are equipped with the portable system, all video signals come in with the same low latency and can therefore be used to switch live remotely. The encoder can be mounted on the hot shoe of the camera and has a built-in battery for 4 to 5 hours of use.
The duration can be extended by means of an optionally supplied power bank of 20,000 mAh with which the encoder can be used for at least 8 extra hours.
No settings are required, the connection is automatically established via the hdc cloud service as soon as the encoder is switched on. By default, an HD 1920 x 1080p connection of 6 MBs is made which consumes approximately 3 GB per hour of data. On request, the data rate can be set higher or lower.
